About us Room Hire The Saltire Society's HQ offers two available spaces for events, meetings and rehearsals, with access to the kitchen and refreshments in a central Edinburgh location. Capacity The Reading Room can accommodate up to 6 people, while the Common Room can accommodate from 5 - 40 people depending on the set up. PricesThe price for the Reading Room is as follows:- £60.00 (£45.00) for up to 2 hours- £100.00 (£75.00) for a half-day- £150.00 (£169.00) for a full dayThe prices for the Common Room are as follows:- £90.00 (£68.00) for up to 2 hours- £150.00 (£113.00) for a half-day- £225.00 (£169.00) for a full dayThe Saltire Society allow members a discount of 25% to the nearest pound.
