The Saltire Festival brings together the best in the Scottish Tradition from folklore to flighting and song to spoken word. Previous events included Vivid Rebellion, an exhibition of work by the artist Edward McLaughlin, The Folksong Flighting, a performative recreation of the infamous letters between Hamish Henderson and Hugh MacDiarmid, and MacDiarmid: A Celebration performed by Dolina MacLennan and Alan Riach.
