Clive Kennedy
Representing The Institution of Civil Engineers (Aberdeen)

Clive, a Graduate of Aberdeen University has over 40 years experience of Civil Engineering having initially been with API Cotterell & Son, now taken over by Mott Macdonald. He is currently an Independent Consultant and also carrying out Business Development for Bon Accord Employment Services having previously been Senior Project Manager with Scottish Water and has won awards with Scottish Water Solutions. He specialised in Water and Waste Water treatment design moving to Project and Programme Management of innumerable schemes throughout Scotland, England and Wales during this time. He is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Water & Environmental Manager.

He has been inducted as a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Water Conservators (one of the famous and historic livery companies) as a Freeman and was made a Freeman of the City of London in 2012 and is now will be eligible to become a full Liveryman. In addition he is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Water & Environmental Management, a Professional Engineer Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a registered European Engineer. He is a Past President of the Aberdeen Association of Civil Engineers having held offices in this Institution of Civil Engineers' Associated Society for over 28 years and was most recently the Aberdeen representative on the ICE Scotland Region Committee. He is passionate about Civil Engineering and excellence in Design and Management.
